St. Lucia Prime Minister, Dr. Kenny Anthony believes the recovery efforts in Haiti after the devastating earthquake in 2010 has the potential to create an employment boom in the construction sector, thus stimulating Haiti’s economy and in turn the economies of her Caribbean partners.
